eAccess Troubleshooting Guide: WIND

A guide to provide some tips and tricks to handle the common eAccess issues encountered.

Issues and Interventions

When user launched WIND Financial Terminal, the following message appears.

This is just a notification and it does not stop user from accessing WIND Financial Terminal. Please click "OK" to continue.

 

If the message is saying that the account had expired, then use another WIND terminal. Drop library@smu.edu.sg an email, with the terminal number for following up.

Please use another WIND terminal. Drop library@smu.edu.sg an email with the terminal number for following up.
