This issue is the result of "robotic activity" or "excessive downloading" being detected by JSTOR system. Slow down the downloading process; decrease the amount of downloads over the same period of time will help. At the same time, please remind user that massive downloading of articles are prohibited.
Failure to complete the CAPTCHA process will result in JSTOR blocking our access for the next 24 hours. There is be no immediate remedy when the access is blocked, just wait and check back at a later time. |
