The seminar will present the background, the objectives and the real impact of most legal norms and judicial decisions relevant to corporate communication (freedom of expression, media law, protection of reputation, copyright and trademark).
As modern communication does not stop at national borders and as regulations change more and more quickly, the relevant rules will not be described and discussed from a purely legalistic perspective (as would be the case with lawyers), but from an international and dynamic one, with a focus on current and future EU regulations. Whenever possible, reference to the legal system of Singapore law will be made.
