How do I use EndNote : 1 - Adding References Manually

If you are citing a journal article that appears both online and in print, most style guides prefer that you use the print information and cite it as a regular journal article.

Always enter author and editor names one name per line.

Author names can be entered either with the last name followed by a comma and the first name (e.g. Lam, Lawrence), OR the first name followed by the last name (e.g. Lawrence Lam). Both are correct. 

1. From the Reference menu choose New Reference. This opens an empty reference window.
   
   
   
   
2. Select a Reference Type.
   
   
3. Enter bibliographic data in (necessary) fields.
   
   
4. Close the reference to save it.
