A list of research and data services and support by SMU Libraries' Research and Data Services Team

Publishing

After you have written your paper, you would need to consider which journals to submit to. There are tools to suggest relevant journals and tools to provide metrics on the quality of the journal. Check with your school for the latest target journal list.

SMU corresponding authors can publish the paper gold open access on the publisher website without paying the Article Processing Charge (APC) with Cambridge University Press and Association of Computing Machinery (ACM).

SMU Libraries has an open access institutional repository called InK where we can make your papers green open access which helps to increase the discoverability and accessibility of your papers.
