Checking In The "Check-In" feature allows ISOS to physically pinpoint your physical geo-location to aid in response time in emergency situations. Upon checking in, a blue icon shows your location on a street level. |
Auto-Emergency Check-In The "Auto-Emergency Check-in" (AEC) feature will check students in automatically, providing increased location accuracy for critical moments, while maintaining data privacy. To activate the AEC, the user must:

When there is an incident, determining who needs help can be a daunting task – ISOS can help. With Automated Crisis Communications, immediately following a critical incident, International SOS will identify who may be impacted, contact them to determine that they are safe, and update you on their status and the situation. There will be three cycles of automated reach out to travelers in an impact zone. |
