International SOS Assistance App Download Tutorial

Students embarking on SMU-X Overseas courses are required to download the ISOS Application from either the Apple App Store or on the Google Play Store. Read more below to find out about the process and protocols involved.

 Assistance App (All-in-One) 

SMU has engaged the services of ISOS to provide 24-hour traveler's assistance for you.


Take note of the following before departing.
  • Always update your actual itinerary on Travel & Contact Details in OASIS on the go (especially for personal trips)
  • If you have not booked your return flights back to Singapore, ensure that you maintain a return entry using the end-of-trip dates.This will allow SMU to be accountable for you in the event of a global crisis.
  • Ensure that notifications are switched on to receive essential alerts for your country/region
  • Continue to check your mobile & SMU email accounts as emergency alerts may be sent to you, requiring your response.

**Important Note**

  • Key in your personal details (Enter name as per passport name, middle name to be included in the first name). Last Name = Family Name or Surname.
  • Ensure that you key in your SMU email address as this is how you are recognized on the system
  • In order to activate your account, please click on the link provided in the email and it will only be active for 24 hours
  • Your password must be at least 6 characters and must contain at least and one special character [^&+=@#$%_]
