IRIS Publications Guide: Reports

IRIS, is SMU Integrated Research Information System. The Publications module in IRIS aims to have the information on the publications and research outputs of all faculty, staff and students.

Report Introduction

You can generate two reports using the Report icon.

How to set up your Search Profile

  1. When viewing publications and using filters, click on Reports
  2. Select Report for all listed items and choose either 
    • Publication_Report - for exporting all publication types 
    • Journal_Publications_ImpactFactor - for exporting journal articles with journal impact factor from Web of Science
  3. Click on Create report
  4. Wait for the Excel file to be downloaded and open the file

The use of electronic resources must comply with the Appropriate Use of Electronic Resources Policy and Singapore Management University Acceptable Use Policy
