ACM Digital Library	Free open access publishing deal, ACM Open, was signed with Association for Computing Machinery. Starting Jan 2023, SMU authors are allowed to publish unlimited number of open access articles across ACM’s complete catalog of journals, conference proceedings and magazines.
Cambridge Core Journals	In 2023, SMU Libraries signed the “Read and Publish” deal with Cambridge University Press. This allows SMU authors' articles to be made freely available, Open Access, to anyone who wants to read them, immediately upon publication, all without paying for an APC!
China Statistical Yearbooks Database National Population Census of China	Suspension of service by the Chinese Government, starting from Apr 2023 until further notice.
