Please use the desktop shortcut on Eikon Terminals to access "Refinitiv Eikon" directly.
The ID and password will be loaded automatically - do not click in the login area before this is complete, otherwise password will fail to load. It takes a few seconds for the password to load. If the password failed to load on your first try, please make a second attempt.
If login issues persist, please report this to library@smu.edu.sg and provide the terminal number and screenshots where possible.
