  • As we strive for healthier diets, we can also reduce intake of processed food to lower carbon footprint.
  • Use pressure cooker to reduce cooking time and energy consumption. This saves on electricity bill as well.

  • Growing your own food can control the use of chemicals and pesticides which are harmful to our environment.

  • You can combine ethics and aesthetics. Start exploring a list of ethical brands today and consider them for your next purchase.

4. Go digital

  • Opt to receive digital letters and notices in your email.
  • Need to send someone a gift? Try sending an e-Angbao or e-Giftcard which is just a few clicks away.
  • Read an e-book or e-newspapers while on a train ride. Double up your sustainability efforts!

5. Practise minimalism

“Less is More” (Less consumption produces less waste and preserves more for future generations)
