Dispute Resolution: Negotiation

The mission of the centre of negotiation is to promote the negotiating principles practiced by world-class Master Negotiators. We do that by providing practical and skill-based training, and consulting services to professionals in various fields whose business is to manage conflicts and negotiate effectively.

The Stanford Center on International Conflict and Negotiation is an interdisciplinary center for the study of international and intergroup conflict and negotiation. Their primary foci are:

* The identification and analysis of the barriers—strategic, psychological, legal, and structural—to management or resolution of conflict.
* The development of strategies to overcome these barriers.
