Cross-cultural Communication

As the VUCA world becomes increasingly global, the need for effective cross-cultural communication is necessary, especially for students managing SMU-X overseas projects. A lack of knowledge in this area can offend, confuse or send misunderstood messages which could lead to broken relations with your stakeholders. The following resources provides insights on how to manage the complicated world of communication across different cultures. 

 

This cross-cultural communication video is a powerful tool to train you on skills for a multicultural organization.
