The Educational exceptions in the Singapore Copyright Act allows for chapters in books and articles to be copied / digitized and uploaded into Reading Lists and in Learning Management Systems. However, digitization allowances have to be kept within the following limits:
- 1 chapter of a book OR
- 10% of a book
- 1 article from a journal
