Description of workshop:

This hands-on workshop introduces OpenRefine, a free and beginner-friendly tool for cleaning, transforming, and exploring messy datasets. It’s especially useful for handling inconsistent names, formatting issues, or large data exports from spreadsheets, databases, or online sources. Minimal coding required — just bring your laptop and dive in!
