Twitter API

Provides access to query and retrieve tweets, users, and other key Twitter resources.

Requirements

Limitations:

  • The rate limits (i.e. number of tweets you can retrieve per requests, etc.) are outlined in this page. Note that different version of API (standard, enterprise, etc.) have different set of limits.
  • Developers must abide by the Twitter Developer Policy. The policy outlined what kind of data you can retrieve and other limitations in more detail.

Reddit API

Provides access to query and retrieve Reddit posts, comments, subreddits lists, user history, and many more.

Requirements

  • You need to have a Reddit account (for authentication purposes) and request for a OAUTH Client ID.
  • You have to agree to the Terms of Use before you can request one here.

Limitations  

  • Calls made through connection via OAuth2 can make up to 60 requests per minute, with 100 items per request.
