Online training

Registration of Eikon training:

1. Go to the TRAINING app in Eikon, next select live training tab to choose course from Asia to register.

2. Go to https://training.refinitiv.com/eikon/?ctry=sg to download the training schedules to register for course (Note: The latest schedule may be released few days ahead of the schedule)

3. Join the mailing list https://solutions.refinitiv.com/preference-search for updated monthly training schedules (Note: Select Training under the Opt-in option).

The courses are schedule live and you can search by market sector, language, date and learner level that are relevant for you.

View Classroom Training schedule
At the bottom of the left column of the page, make sure the country setting is set to "Singapore". Otherwise, click on the gear icon to change.

Click on the "Classroom Training Schedule" link to view a PDF of training sessions available for the month.

To register: click on the links embedded within the PDF document itself. Use your SMU email address. Thomson Reuters will email you with further details.
