Introduction

Use the Journals tab on the Library Search page if

a) you wish to check the availability of ejournals on a certain topic

b) when you have the full citation of a journal article and you wish to retrieve the full text.

 Example

To get the full text of: Diamond, D. W., and R. G. Rajan. 2001. Banks and liquidity. American Economic Review, 91 (2), 422-425

Step 1: Check Journals to see if the Library subscribes to the full text. Type the journal name in the search box, i.e. American Economic Review.

Step 2: Choose an appropriate database which covers the year you need eg. Business Source Complete

Step 3: Browse by year, volume and page or use the search function. For EBSCOHost databases, when using the "Search within this publication" function, you need to type in the search box, the Boolean operator and followed by some words in the title i.e. type and "banks and liquidity"
