Introduction

Legislation refers to the laws that have been passed down by Parliament and is considered a primary resource. Modern legislation is usually found for free on government websites and select databases.

This section also covers regulations, practice directions, codes and other relevant publications. 

Singapore legislation

Current Singaporean legislation can be found on Singapore Statutes Online. For more information on where you can get legislation through the years, refer to this guide.

Singapore Hansards and Select Committee Reports are available from 1955 onwards.
